🌟 Course Sheet – Workers’ Training Specific Module (Low Risk) – E-learning
✅ Target Audience
Workers classified as low risk according to company classification, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 and the State-Regions Agreement of 17/04/2025.
Intended for workers in sectors such as: commerce, offices and services, tourism, education (excluding laboratory staff), domestic services, banking, insurance, and professional firms, according to ATECO 2007 classification.
Training must be consistent with the actual risks identified in the company’s Risk Assessment Document (DVR).
🎯 Learning Objectives
- Understand specific risks related to the worker’s tasks and work environment, based on the company risk assessment
- Identify workplace hazards and understand the consequences of uncontrolled exposure
- Learn preventive and protective measures to be applied during work activities
- Understand company safety procedures, including: first aid, emergency management, evacuation procedures, and safety signage
- Identify and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), where required
- Topics covered for low risk (if applicable to the sector): general accident risks, mechanical and electrical risks, display screen equipment risks, microclimate, lighting, work-related stress, safety signage and emergency procedures

4 hours (online)
📜 Certificate
Certificate valid throughout Italy.
Validity: 5 years – mandatory 6-hour refresher training thereafter.

Completion of the 4-hour General Module (art. 37, paragraph 1, letter a, Legislative Decree 81/2008).
For non-Italian speakers or participants without equivalent qualifications: assessment of Italian language comprehension.

- Understanding specific risks related to job tasks and work environment

Micro-design
Training content will be customized based on the specific job role and tasks performed by the worker.
Depending on the worker’s duties, a tailored training course will be assigned, ensuring alignment with the actual risks identified in the company risk assessment.
The duration and focus of each topic will therefore be defined according to:
- the worker’s role and responsibilities
- the specific risks associated with their tasks
- the sector and working environment
📌 Pre-course Communication
Training delivered in collaboration with bilateral bodies, where present in the relevant sector and territory, in accordance with Article 37, paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
