🌟 Course Sheet – Workers’ Training Refresher (E-learning)
✅ Target Audience
The course is intended for all workers already trained in accordance with Article 37 of Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.
Refresher training must be carried out whenever there are changes affecting risk assessment outcomes or when effectiveness checks during work activities highlight the need for additional training. In any case, it is mandatory every five years, with a minimum duration of 6 hours, starting from the course completion date stated on the certificate.
🎯 Learning Objectives
- Strengthen workers’ awareness of workplace risks: consolidate knowledge acquired during initial training and improve risk perception, including in relation to incidents or near misses
- Update knowledge on new or modified risks: new technologies or equipment, organizational or procedural changes, use of new hazardous substances, new tasks
- Ensure safe behavior in compliance with preventive measures: reinforce good practices and company procedures, prevent unsafe or outdated behaviors
- Deepen the correct use of PPE and company procedures: updates on new or modified PPE, review of emergency, first aid, evacuation procedures, etc.
- Align training with regulatory and technical updates: integrate legislative changes (national or European), update according to guidelines, best practices, and technical standards
- Promote a participatory and continuous safety culture: encourage active worker involvement in the prevention system, promote reporting, collaboration, and proactive attitudes

📜 Certificate
Certificate valid throughout Italy.
Validity: 5 years – mandatory refresher training required thereafter.

📝 Learning Assessment
- Multiple-choice test (3 options per question), administered after the course

📌 Prerequisites
Completion of the workers’ training program (general + specific modules).
It is recommended to attend the refresher course within 5 years from the certificate date.
Courses expired for more than 10 years cannot be refreshed; the full basic course must be retaken.

📌 Pre-course Communication
Training delivered in collaboration with bilateral bodies, where present in the relevant sector and territory, in accordance with Article 37, paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
